It's an interesting thing to play around with, but I find that the focal of this Samurai is hard to focus on because, the effects around it are pretty damn big to not look at, maybe try and make the render of this Samurai more special. Play around!

I agree with divine, the render is very very hard to pick out among the tag. I like the idea you had going, but perhaps making the render pop more would have enhanced this alot more

When you make tags monochromatic, there is always the risk of having everything blend too well. I can see you sharpened. Maybe even topazed. Next time try only sharpening the render. I can see the artifacting around the hair, so that tells me its oversharpened as well. Keep at it. It only gets easier.
